During your one-on-one consultation, Dr. Kitto will discuss your concerns, evaluate your goals, and create a personalized surgical plan. You’ll also receive detailed instructions for your procedure day.

Follow Pre-Procedure Guidelines

• During your consultation we will discuss adjustments to your routine and current medications, if applicable.
• Arrange for someone to drive you home if you feel more comfortable with assistance.

Minimally Invasive Techniques

• Labia Minora Reduction
  Depending on the shape and size of your labia minora, Dr. Kitto may use a “trim excision” or “wedge excision” technique. Both approaches involve removing excess tissue to create smaller, more symmetrical labia.
• Labia Majora Reduction
  For labia majora reduction, a crescent-shaped section of tissue is removed from each side. In some cases, fat grafting may be performed to restore a fuller, more youthful appearance.
• Clitoral Hood Reduction
  For patients with excess tissue around the clitoral hood, a conservative amount of skin is carefully excised. This procedure can be combined with labia minora or majora reduction for a comprehensive result.

• Dissolvable Sutures: Dr. Kitto uses dissolvable sutures, so there’s no need for a follow-up visit to remove stitches.
